Optional website analytics

Website analytics is optional. If an approved Google Analytics 4 property is configured, we ask before loading the Google tag. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from requesting a demo or pilot.

What optional analytics measures

Known page names, approved marketing campaign labels, clicks on calls to action, and demo request, creation, failure and observed expiry steps. A click on a phone link is not proof that a call was completed.

We exclude form details, website submissions, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, audio, transcripts, demo tokens and backend identifiers from analytics events. Raw URL queries, fragments, referrers, search terms and advertising click IDs are not forwarded by our adapter. Google Analytics uses a pseudonymous browser cookie and receives network information when you allow it.

Your choice

Your choice is remembered for up to six months. Analytics cookies expire after 30 days. Approved campaign attribution and event deduplication stay in this tab's session storage after consent. Rejecting analytics clears that attribution, deduplication and first-party GA cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics off.

Demo and pilot details

Details you submit to request a demo or pilot go to Tenure's service to fulfill that request and follow up, independently of optional Google Analytics. This page describes website analytics; discuss service data handling and pilot terms with the team before sharing sensitive information.
